Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Final Year Student Murdered by Cultist

According to Facebook user Ikejiuba Olivia, Umar a final year Computer Science student of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (formerly known as Anambra State University), Ulli campus, was shot dead on their way back from an event organised by the Students Union Government of the University.

Mohammed Umar, a final year Computer Science student of COOU was murdered by unknown gunmen on Friday night, April 28th, 2017.

COOU SUG Program Uli Campus Suspended

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University C.O.O.U hereby informs her students that the ongoing SUG WEEK/program for ULI campus has been suspended, due to the incident that happened last night.

Henceforth every other activities has been put on adjourned till further notice.
COOU Students are advised to be security conscious and report every suspicious movement to the security, on that note if you have any suggestion or complaints concerning on the insurgency, please kindly report to the school security.
