Auchi Poly Acceptance Fee/Registeration Deadline 2017/2018.

Auchi Polytechnic deadline for payment of acceptance fee and registration into the 2017/2018 academic session  has been released and available on the school notice board and website. All students are hereby informed.

Auchi Poly Online Acceptance of Provisional Admission/Registration Deadline 2017/2018

Please note that the closing date for online acceptance of provisional admission & registration is Wednesday 20th of December 2017.

Any candidate that fails to meet the deadline automatically forfeits his/her offer of admission for the 2017/2018 academic session.

AUCHIPOLY Matriculation for 2016/2017 Session Full Details

Auchi Polytechnic fresh students should note that the Matriculation Ceremony for the 2016/2017 academic session has been fixed and it is to old on 28th April, 2017 at 10.00am at the Polytechnic Sports Complex.

All matriculating students are to pay the sum of N600.00 only each at the Skye Bank (Main Campus), Auchi Polytechnic to enable them hire academic gowns and caps which MUST be worn for the ceremony.

AUCHIPOLY matriculating students should present their bank tellers for clarification to the Cash Office in the Bursary Department of the Polytechnic to obtain the Polytechnic receipts.

The receipts should then be presented to their respective School Officers before the collection of the academic gowns and caps as from Tuesday 25th April, 2017.

AUCHIPOLY Matriculating students should also note that they are expected to be at the venue by 9:00am on Friday 28th April, 2017.

NOTE: Students are adviced to return their gowns and caps to their respective School Officers not later than 3.00pm on Friday, 28th April, 2017.
