The attention of the UNIZIK SUG President has been drawn to a media publication from the Student representative council insinuating that the excos has refused to uphold their constitutional provision of making laws.
On behalf of the the Executive council led Comr. Nwambu Henry, I write to make this clarifications.
1. The constitution requires that the Student Representative Council presents a written document addressed to the President who has the executive powers to make it a law.
2. No document has officially been written to me in respect of the transport bill. Infact I was surprised when my attention was drawn to it on the social media.
3. You are advised to keep beingThe SUG executives are not blind to the plight of the welfare of the students. We have a lot of programs that are billed to better the lives of our students. Top of our priority is to stop harassment of students by security operatives. law abiding citizens of the Prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University. The SUG is here to serve you.
