JAMB Change of Course/Institution portal has been opened and the form is available.
JAMB Candidates that selected wrong choice of course or institution in the 2017 UTME registrations are adviced to visit the JAMB Change of Course/Institution portal to correct their mistakes.
However, this change in data correction can only be carried out by accredited JAMB CBT centres nationwide. Please visit any CBT Centre closer to you to effectively carry out this process.
Factors to Note Before Applying for JAMB Change of Course/Institution
1.Your subject combination must tally with your desired course/institution.
2. You have to know exactly the Course/Institution you would like to change to.
3. Enable to go on thorough research on the instition/course you desire to change to.
4. Candidates are to note that this process can only be done once.
5. This process can only be effected if you complete your payment of N2,500.

You can simply get JAMB change of course/institution form at any commercial ban nationwide. The cost for this form is only N2,500 though CBT centre might charge you N500 to effect this.
How To Make JAMB Change of Course/Institution
Below is the procedures/steps to take:
Visit JAMB official website, click here
2. Login to your dashboard with your email and password
3. Select Correction of Data
4. Click on JAMB Change of Course/Institution
5. Wait for browser to show your "transaction ID" usually coloured red
6. There are two methods of payments; ATM Cards or Bank branch.
7. Once payment has been gone successfully, you will be redirected and required to provide your "Year of Exam and JAMB Registration Number"
8. After filling the Year and JAMB Reg. Number, options for Preferred Change of Course/Institution will display out. Select your new choice of Institution/Course and finally,
9. Submit your changed form.
