How to Register for FCT ERC Application Form 2017/2018 Admission

• Purchase/get a scratch card from your school or any ERC office
• Go to www.fctscienceform.site
• Scratch the card
• Fill in the digit on the space provided
• Complete all the information needed on the form correctly and upload passport
• Click submit

NOTE: There are two pages to print out, make sure you print the two pages 
Now when you are done with the whole process, go to ERC office for physical clearance and registration.
