Disqus easy to use nature has really changed and socialized blog commenting in recent this time. Not only that, it's social features and comment moderation system is just so easy to manage.
Honestly, I can say that Disqus is way much better and easier to use than some comment widgets like CommentLuv, Livefire and Intense Debate,my opinion though.

How to Use Disqus Comment Widgets in Blogger Blog
First of all, before you do any changes or add any new thing to your blog, make sure you backup your blog just in case you encounter error along the line.
i. Login to Disqus Comment.
ii. Or better still you can sign up here https://disqus.com/admin/create/ if you don't have an account with Them.
iii. Fill in all the necessary information on the website i.e enter your site name, choose a unique discuss URL, select a category and click on finish Registration.
iv. Go to the next page and select blogger platform option.
v. Click on “Add Disqus for Blogger to my Blogger site”.
vi. On the opened page/window for adding a Blogger widget; select a blog, give a title to the widget and do not make any other changes. Then click on “Add widget”.
That is all the steps you need to take to add Disqus to your Blogger blog. Go to you blog to check them out.
